1. Do not spam or self-promote in the forum

2. Do not cross post questions


Please refrain from posting the same question in several categories. There is normally one category which is most suitable in which to post your question.

If you have contacted our support group via phone or email we will attempt to resolve your issue directly using those means of communication. As a result your forum post(s) will be deleted to remove any clutter from this forum.

Our moderators will filter the posts found in this forum and delete cross posts if needed.



3. Do not post copyright-infringing material


Do not link, attach, or otherwise post any copyrighted material which you are not free to redistribute (subject to the licensing terms of the specific item). This includes any software download links that staff might have provided to you via email. If you have a question about having permission to post or attach a specific item, please ask a moderator.


Any posts or threads found in violation of this rule will be edited or deleted, and the poster warned or possibly banned.

6. General Posting Guidelines



Use Search First.

There is a  good chance that it has been addressed on this forum before unless you have some really unique problem.

Use the forum's search feature first to see if there are already some good threads on the subject. It's easy to search - just use the search bar at the top right of the page.


Be Descriptive

We cannot possibly help you if you simply post a thread saying “it’s wrong” without describing your problem in details

1. Explain to us what you intended to do, and how you did it.

2. Explain to us what exactly the error is. Is there an error notification? Any screenshots?

3. Detailed information helps. Describe the make and model of your computer. The type of operating system that your computer is using. The version of the BounceBack software that you own. The type of backup device that you are using.


Use specific topic names

Post a descriptive topic name to make it easier to gain attention and attain help.

Give a short summary of your problem IN THE SUBJECT.

This is also convenient for people with the same issue to search and comment.
